T.A.R.P or the Tennessee Angler Recognition Program allows anglers to have their trophy size fish recognized by the TWRA.
There are four levels of Angler Recognition in the T.A.R.P program. Master Angler Level I is acheived after five trophy size fish in any combination are submitted. After submitting five different species of trophy size fish Master Angler Level II is acheived. I will need to catch and submit a total of ten different trophy size species to acheive the Master Angler Level III. The top level Master Angler IV is acheived once fifteen different species of trophy length fish have been submitted.
As of January 2021 there have been twelve individuals who have submitted the fifteen different species of trophy length fish. Giving them the title of T.A.R.P Master Angler Level IV. I hope to be added to this list. Keep following along as I carry out my quest to acheive Master Angler Level IV.
